Pitching is more than perfecting your mechanics; it’s also about developing the right mindset. Our Pitching 101 course discusses the pitching mindset, including pitching philosophy and tips. If you need help improving your pitching mindset, then this is the course for you. Welcome to the classroom.
We need to have the strength and stamina to withstand the physical impact pitching has on our bodies on a daily basis. This section has several strength training programs, conditioning options, and core workouts to help prepare your body for the daily grind. You will also find several long toss programs to promote arm strength and endurance as well.
This section will give you insight into what you should be doing to care for your body and throwing arm. Here you’ll find arm and shoulder care routines, as well as flexibility and mobility routines, to help prevent injury. These routines are also very important when it comes to allowing our bodies to throw harder. If you’re a pitcher, these daily routines are a must.
Welcome to our 90 day velocity building program. This is an intense program that will give you an idea of the time and dedication it takes to not only increase your velocity, but to allow your body to continue to handle that type of explosiveness. If you follow the schedule, you will see improvement. Will you accept the challenge?
